Our Story
Elepscor Communications was built on a foundation of real broadcast experience. Our founder, Annie Billings, began her career as a television broadcast operator, working her way up through the ranks to become a supervisor, manager, and director. For most of her career, she worked inside television stations, learning the craft from the inside out, understanding not just how broadcast systems work, but how the people who run them work too.
For the past twenty years, Annie has brought that operational perspective to broadcast vendors and broadcasters around the world, helping them deliver better systems, better training, and better support to the people who depend on them every day.
That firsthand experience operator to director, station floor to global trainer and support is what sets Elepscor apart. We don't just understand broadcast technology; we understand broadcast operations.
